The Fenestrated Adult Tracheostomy Cannula —also known as a fenestrated cannula for phonation— provides a secondary airway and has fenestrations on its greater curvature to facilitate phonation when this is possible.
It is manufactured in variable lengths for different applications, in biocompatible Stening® silicone. It is especially useful in permanent tracheostomy with possible phonation and in laryngeal rehabilitation.
